Back to the game!

Today I decided to try something new as the Runic Message you see below recommends. I'll be using my drawings as background for the Runes regularly from now on and that's why I use no other pictures today. These drawings have their own vibration based on the concept of the Watchtowers which I've been exploring and developing for a while now, and I like how they fit the runic symbols too. I designed this one last year precisely for Inktober, which I totally ignored this year even though I've been drawing like crazy.

The Watchtowers emerge from a roleplaying game called Mage: The Awakening, where they're the embodiment of Supernal Magic and act as beacons for mortals here on earth, so they can Awaken into their power and use it to shape reality. The game is really profound and arguably my favorite out of all the roleplaying games I've tried, because it allows a lot of freedom for performance, but also because of what it's meant for my process of self-discovery. I said I'd return to the Narrative and I think there's no better way than to resume my exploration of the beautiful storytelling experience of roleplaying, so I start today by invoking the energy of the Watchtowers and accessing, once again, the wealth of pleasure that this activity has given me over the years. However, this time I'm going to use it for much more profound reasons than mere entertainment.

I also added the Night Rune today even though I don't remember the dream I had, because my sister told me about her own dream, in which someone was asking her for my dad's number because they needed his help. She didn't provide it and my dad wasn't able to give them the aid they requested anyway, but the thing was steeped in poor, dense energy and I see the connection with today's message and other revelations I've had recently, so I thought it was important for Eihwaz to repeat itself.

The tree is also bird that observes the Territory with attention in search of possibilities at every moment. The work is to explore the unknown and integrate it, survive the inhospitable and conquer it, fear can oppress you or lead you to your Power in accordance with your decision. Recognize your strength and agility, recover your capacity for Awe; you are an expression of the Glory, do not lament your fate, embrace it.
