Equilibra lo necesario y lo deseable, no puedes tenerlo todo. Con tu atención dividida perderás perspectiva y posibilidades, enfócate en lo que tienes en frente, por mucho que lo intentes no podrás resolver todos los problemas a la vez. Delega, trabaja en equipo, deja que otros muestren sus habilidades. El control no te va a llevar a donde quieres llegar, ni te dará lo que buscas, deja que el mundo se mueva y que la Voluntad Divina actúe. Planifica, pero deja espacio para la improvisación. Modera tu lenguaje y tu tono, podrías estarte tomando atribuciones inmerecidas. No eres imbatible, a veces debes aceptar la derrota, retroceder, cambiar el rumbo, variar el acercamiento. No tienes que saberlo todo, sólo lo que te corresponde.

You are not unbeatable, sometimes you must admit defeat, step back, change the course, vary the approach. You do not have to know everything, only that which you are entitled to know.
