Taking ownership of our actions

Yesterday was a great friend's birthday so another friend and I visited and spent a great afternoon with him. I'd already thought of writing about this topic today, but the idea was strengthened with the conversations I held with them and other information that I received during the weekend, all of them related to the consequences of our decisions, of the things we manifest for ourselves the effect we have on the world.

While moving to my friend's house, toward the southwest of the city, I already saw the signs of Shadow and Noise everywhere, subtle but noticeable. When I began my return home, however, the volume increased considerably. My other friend took the subway but I didn't want to expose myself again to that environment in the same day, so I took a bus that carried me through an area of the city that's part of a long corridor dominated by energy of great density, in which I left Runes of protection and cleansing (the ones you see above) a few months ago as part of my spiritual process. I felt that I was being tested, that I had to audit my previous work to confirm its potency and stability. From the start of the journey I was muttering thanks for my city, my country and its people, spreading blessings and singing mantras, but when I arrived to this point of the road I truly began to feel the contextual weight. A lady came aboard the bus asking for money with a strident voice telling a story of great personal anguish. I had nothing to give her, but I was shocked that nobody responded to her, not even the driver, despite the fact that she kept desperately insisting through several blocks; it was as if she existed in a different layer of reality alien to everyone present, I'm not sure that the passengers really registered her. Thus I invoked the strength of my Runes and kept calling on Light and Cleansing; to my joy, the operation was intense but fluid and lastly, the lady climbed off the vehicle with one last admonition. I climbed off as well and blessed her thrice, even softly touching her shoulder, but she was so inured in her personal hell that she didn't turn to look at me.

Later I went back into the subway and recited the Gayatri Mantra on the way. I heard through the speakers that a person had been hit by a train, but this affected the opposite direction and my own train never stopped. When I passed through the station where the incident had taken place, I felt the temptation to turn and watch what had happened like the rest of the people, but I resisted it effortlessly and continued reciting. I arrived home without any issues and then I learned that my friend, who had taken the subway in order to get home earlier, ended up arriving later than me despite being closer, because his journey was affected by the running-over.

Taking responsibility of our actions and the impact that we have on our surroundings gives us a great advantage of movement and adaptation, it allows us to live in Freedom even while encircled by restrictions, it facilitates Apology and Gratitude which mend all wounds and diffuse all conflict. Once at home, I rewatched several scenes from Ridley Scott's "Kingdom of Heaven" and in one of them, Baldwin IV offered a beautiful vision using a chess board, with which I conclude this contribution:

"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power. When you stand before God, you cannot say, "But I was told by others to do thus," or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice. Remember that."

Asumiendo la propiedad de nuestras acciones

Ayer un gran amigo estaba de cumpleaños así que otro amigo y yo lo visitamos y pasamos una tarde estupenda con él. Ya tenía pensado escribir hoy sobre este tema, pero la idea se fortaleció con las conversaciones que sostuve con ellos y otras informaciones que recibí durante el fin de semana, todas relacionadas con las consecuencias de nuestras decisiones, de las cosas que manifestamos para nosotros y el efecto que tenemos en el mundo.

Al moverme a la casa de mi amigo, hacia el suroeste de la ciudad, ya veía los signos de Sombra y Ruido por todos lados, sutiles pero notorios. Cuando comencé mi retorno a casa, no obstante, el volumen se incrementó considerablemente. Mi otro amigo tomó el metro pero yo no quería exponerme de nuevo a ese entorno en un mismo día, así que tomé un bus que me llevó por una área de la ciudad que forma parte de un extenso corredor dominado por energía de gran densidad, en el cual hace unos meses dejé Runas de protección y limpieza (las que ven arriba) como parte de mi proceso espiritual. Sentí que se me ponía a prueba, que debía auditar mi trabajo previo para confirmar su potencia y estabilidad. Desde el inicio del viaje estuve agradeciendo en voz baja por mi ciudad, mi país y su gente, esparciendo bendiciones y cantando mantras, pero cuando llegué a este punto del recorrido fue que realmente comencé a sentir el peso ambiental. En el bus se montó una señora pidiendo dinero con una voz estridente contando una historia de gran desdicha personal. Yo no tenía nada para darle, pero me impactó que nadie más le respondió, ni siquiera el conductor, a pesar de que siguió insistiendo desesperada por varias cuadras; era como si existiese en otro estrato de la realidad ajena a todos los presentes, no estoy seguro de que los pasajeros la registrasen de veras. Invoqué, pues, la fuerza de mis Runas y seguí llamando Luz y Limpieza; para mi alegría, la operación fue intensa pero fluida y finalmente, la señora se bajó del vehículo con una última admonición. Yo me bajé también y la bendije a ella tres veces, incluso tocándole suavemente el hombre, pero estaba tan sumida en su infierno personal que ni volteó a verme.

Más adelante volví a entrar al metro y estuve recitando el Gayatri Mantra en el camino. Escuché por los altavoces que había ocurrido un arrollamiento pero afectaba la dirección contraria y el tren en el que iba no se detuvo en ningún momento. Al pasar por la estación del incidente, sentí la tentación de voltear y observar lo que había ocurrido como el resto de la gente, pero la resistí sin esfuerzo y seguí recitando. Llegué a mi casa sin mayor inconveniente y luego supe que mi amigo, quien había tomado el metro para llegar más temprano a su casa, terminó llegando más tarde que yo a pesar de estar más cerca, porque a él si le afectó el arrollamiento.

Tomar responsabilidad por nuestros actos y el impacto que tenemos en nuestro entorno nos proporciona una gran ventaja de movimiento y adaptación, nos permite vivir en Libertad incluso estando rodeados de restricciones, facilita la Disculpa y el Agradecimiento que sanan toda herida y desactivan todo conflicto. Una vez en casa, volví a ver varias escenas de "Kingdom of Heaven" de Ridley Scott, y en una de ellas, Balduino IV ofrece una hermosa visión usando un tablero de ajedrez con la concluyo esta contribución:

"Un rey puede mover a un hombre, un padre puede reclamar a un hijo, pero ese hombre también puede moverse a sí mismo y sólo entonces puede ese hombre comenzar su propio juego. Recuerda que sin importar cómo seas manipulado o por quién, eres dueño de tu alma así los que crean controlarte sean reyes u hombres de poder. Cuando te encuentres con Dios no puedes decir "Pero otros me dijeron que actuase así," o que la virtud no era conveniendo en su momento. Eso no será suficiente. Recuerda eso."
