Messages from the distant past

Coupled with my process of isolation I've held an ongoing work of intense self-exploration, with a special interest in my ancestral memories, and to this end I've had to unravel my story in this life. In the past few months I've been reliving my childhood and teenage years, and I've obtained important signs that inspire me to continue with my quest.

But, what's this about ancestral memories? Undeniably not something we were taught in school, but we were indeed instructed in assuming that this life we have is the only one there is, an idea so invasive and persistent that so long as we don't have personal experiences with spirituality and awareness, we disregard any concept of divine and timeless connection, of re-incarnation or rebirth. Even very religious people go through this, it's not exclusive to skeptics and agnostics. There are many reasons, but they can be reduced to Fear. Coming into contact with Infinity isn't easy and demands that we make fundamental changes in our behavior.

When we manage to break out of that shell, however, we realize that this Universe is far larger, deeper and subtler than our previous perception could ever process, and that we have unrestricted access to all of that information as long as we give ourselves permission. Our very body is a library with billions of multidimensional codes that extend back to the dawn of Creation, each one of us is a microscopic branch of the Great Tree, cells of a single entity with many expressions. Our biological tissue perfectly preserves all the experiences, skills and knowledges of our ancestors, which in turn are only expressions of our soul in different periods of physical existence. And our ancestral line not only includes humans, but also animals, plants, crystals and celestial bodies. This is literally what the Hermetic Principle of Correspondence means, that everything we could see outside and at higher levels of existence, is also here on earth, within us. It's also the meaning of the phrase "In the image of God."

We have a gigantic legacy to explore and all the time in the world to do it. But let's remember that these are the unconscious layers of our being, and all of that is dominated by Shadows, we must carry the Light to those regions. Much of what we see and feel while descending through the generations isn't pleasant. The violence of the past is also part of our heritage, and we pay for it all the time, even if we don't know it. It's best to know willingly and to use this legacy as an evolutionary instrument, instead of responding to its codes in automatic mode.

Mensajes del pasado distante

A la par de mi proceso de aislamiento he mantenido un trabajo continuo de intensa auto-exploración, con un interés especial en mis memorias ancestrales, para lo cual he tenido que ir deshilvanando mi historia en esta vida. En los últimos meses me he ido reencontrando con mi infancia y mi adolescencia, y he obtenido importantes señales que me inspiran a continuar mi búsqueda.

Pero ¿Qué es eso de las memorias ancestrales? Sin duda no es algo que nos hayan enseñado en la escuela, pero sí nos instruyeron en asumir que esta vida que tenemos es la única que hay, una idea tan invasiva y persistente que hasta tanto no tenemos experiencias personales con la espiritualidad y la consciencia, deleznamos cualquier concepto de conexión divina y atemporal, de reencarnación o renacimiento. Incluso a gente muy religiosa le sucede ésto, no es algo exclusivo de escépticos y agnósticos. Las razones son muchas, pero se pueden reducir a Miedo. Entrar en contacto con el Infinito no es fácil y demanda que hagamos cambios fundamentales en nuestra conducta.

Cuando logramos romper esa cáscara, no obstante, nos damos cuenta de que este Universo es muchísimo más vasto, profundo y sutil de lo que nuestra percepción previa podría procesar, y que tenemos acceso irrestricto a toda esa información siempre y cuando nos lo permitamos. Nuestro mismo cuerpo es una biblioteca con billones de códigos multidimensionales que se extienden hasta los albores de la Creación, cada uno de nosotros es una ramita microscópica del Gran Árbol, células de una única entidad física con muchas expresiones. En nuestro tejido biológico se encuentran preservados a la perfección todas las experiencias, habilidades y conocimientos de nuestros ancestros, que a su vez no son más que expresiones de nuestra alma en diferentes períodos de la existencia física. Y nuestra línea ancestral no sólo incluye a humanos, sino a animales, plantas, cristales y cuerpos celestes. Esto es literalmente lo que significa el Principio Hermético de Correspondencia, que todo lo que podríamos ver afuera y niveles superiores de la existencia, está también acá en la tierra, en nuestro interior. Es también el significado de la frase "A imagen y semejanza de Dios."

Tenemos un gigantesco legado por explorar y todo el tiempo del mundo para hacerlo. Pero recordemos que estos son los estratos inconscientes de nuestro ser, y todo eso es dominado por las Sombras, nos toca llevar la Luz a esas regiones. Mucho de lo que vemos y sentimos al descender por las generaciones no es agradable. La violencia del pasado también es parte de nuestra herencia, y pagamos por ella en todo momento, así no lo sepamos. Es mejor saber voluntariamente y usar este legado como un instrumento evolutivo, en lugar de responder a sus códigos en modo automático.
